Data residency statement¶
The Oiva platform stores and processes customer data in Australia.

Customer data does not leave Australia. AI inference is performed in Australia using the au. prefixed Anthropic model, which routes inference to AWS Sydney infrastructure.
The only non-Australian sub-processor with access to Oiva operational systems is Slack, used for internal communications among Oiva staff and consultants. No customer personal information is sent to Slack. We disclose this exception so the picture is complete.
